What is the best laptop to buy in 2010? Before we can answer that question, we need to decide the intended use for it. There are three categories you need to consider.
1. The Larger Portable Computer - If you currently own a small netbook and the one you intend on purchasing is going to be your main computer for your home or office, you need to purchase the largest one you can. The size for a desktop laptop will range from 17" to 20". This will allow you to have a larger screen size, more memory, a larger hard drive, and overall, more capabilities. Yet you still have the option of grabbing it certainly and transporting it somewhere if you need to.

If you do need to install software, you do have the option of purchasing an external Dvd drive to do these tasks. The contract netbooks do regularly have built-in wireless so you can hook up to the internet.
